Annual leave allowance for 2019 – Abanka d.d.

Annual leave allowance is paid in accordance with the Employment Relationships Act, the collective agreement for the Slovenian banking sector and the collective agreement of Abanka. Every employee entitled to annual leave is also entitled to an annual leave allowance. Annual leave allowance is paid to employees by no later than 1 July of the current calendar year, and by 31 May of the current year in accordance with the collective agreement for the Slovenian banking sector. An employee is entitled to a proportionate amount of annual leave allowance if they are entitled to use only a proportionate amount of annual leave or if they are employed part-time (except in cases when an employee works part-time in accordance with regulations governing pension and disability insurance, health insurance or parental leave; in such cases they are entitled to the full amount of annual leave allowance). The provision of the tariff schedule of Abanka d.d.’s collective agreement, which as the basis for the payment of the annual leave allowance defines the proportion of the average wage in the Republic of Slovenia two months prior to payment, is applied as the methodology for determining the amount of annual leave allowance paid to individuals.

In accordance with the tariff schedule of the collective agreement of the Slovenian banking sector and the collective agreement of Abanka d.d., annual leave allowance was paid on 22 May 2019 in the total gross amount of EUR 1,737,007.53.

 

Annual leave allowance for 2019 – Abanka’s subsidiaries

 Anepremičnine d.o.o.

Anepremičnine d.o.o. pays annual leave allowance in accordance with the Employment Relationships Act and Anepremičnine d.o.o.’s Rules on organisation, systematisation and employment relationships. Every employee entitled to annual leave is also entitled to an annual leave allowance. The annual leave allowance is linked to an employee’s right to leave. If an employee is only entitled to a proportionate part of their leave, they are only entitled to a proportionate part of the annual leave allowance. In accordance with the applicable labour law, employees must be paid their annual leave allowance by no later 1 July of the current calendar year.

In accordance with the aforementioned law and rules, and based on senior management’s resolution, Anepremičnine paid annual leave allowance for 2019 on 31 May 2019 in the total gross amount of EUR 19,275.74.
