1. Statement of acceptability
Notwithstanding its efforts to treat its clients correctly, Abanka does not assume responsibility for possible errors (which may be due to time differences, data entry errors and other causes) in the content, regularity and accuracy of published data. Abanka will protect personal information about (registered) users sent directly to Abanka unless specified otherwise by law.
Confidentiality clauses different from the clauses in these general terms and conditions may apply to linked web pages. Abanka cannot be held responsible for such clauses, and it expressly excludes any responsibility of its own due to such clauses.
8. Linked web sites
Abanka prohibits caching, unauthorised hypertext linking on the web portal and framing relating to any content reachable through the web portal. Abanka reserves the right to prevent any unauthorised links or frames and expressly excludes its own responsibility for content published on any other linked web pages. Users access linked web pages at their own risk.
The general terms and conditions, privacy clauses and data confidentiality clauses, clauses concerning personal data transfer and other clauses different from the clauses specified on this web portal may apply to linked web pages.
