With this P-OPC form Gorenjska banka d.d., Kranj, informed Abanka Vipa d.d. about the prolongation of exercise date of the option of the holder of Gorenjska banka d.d, Kranj, to acquire 174,331 ABKN shares of Abanka Vipa d.d., or 2.42% of all shares issued by Abanka Vipa d.d., The option which was exercisable until 15 January 2010 is prolonged and exercisable until 15 February 2010.
